Flag Book

I was not pleased with the way my flag book turned out, however I do think it's a creative way to get students to begin thinking about abstraction. I think it would also work if you had the students collage magazine pictures onto the cards. The cards from each student could also be mixed up, allowing the artist to have only one of his/her original cards and five from other students. I think this would help foster the idea of collaboration in art.
